Is this product hypoallergenic?

However, this mascara is allergy and ophthalmologist tested. Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Removes easily. Is anyone getting smudging even with the waterproof?

I get no smudging! If you have very overly, oily skin or are using a dewy foundation or concealer, I would recommend setting your make up with a setting powder. Then apply your mascara let it thoroughly dry and if you make a mistake and there is a little smear wait till it dries and then flake it off with a powder brush and a little extra setting powder. Hope this helps! :)

Which black is the lightest? I wish there were a washable brown option.
