優しいカレー味のヌードル
よくインドの定番インスタントラーメンとして紹介されているので買ってみました。割高ですが手間代や輸送費考えたらしょうがないです。5/3に注文して17日に届きました。 インド流調理の汁なし麺ではなく普通にスープありインスタント麺として作りましたが、ブイヨンの効いたカレー風味で優しい味わいのラーメンでした。チープですが、それが駄菓子っぽい味わいでこれはこれで好きです。野菜との相性が良く、ほうれん草や小松菜、玉ねぎなど家庭にある野菜を適当に入れて一緒に煮込むとかさ増しもできてうまみ、栄養価も多少はアップするかと思います。麺はアメリカのチキンスープに入っているパスタのように具材の1つと言った具合で、煮ているうちにクタクタふにゃふにゃになります。チープな味わいも好きでインドの文化に触れてみたい方にはおすすめできます。
