商品説明にあることは基本的に出来る。 他の人のレビューにあるように アドブロック を入れることもできるし、ファームを3.015にダウングレードしたらUSBメモリからのファイル共有もできる。 （VCLから動画ファイルを再生することができた） ファームを3.0にしたら、起動なくなったので、リセットボタンを押しながら電源を差し込むという方法で別バージョンのファームを入れた ただ、現状では「広告をブロックするアドブロックは、スマホの広告を表示させにくくする」ぐらいの性能しかなく、過信は禁物 例えばこのルータに接続したモバイル端末でYoutubeの広告をスキップできるぐらいの性能があれば使えたかもしれないがそんな性能は期待しない方がいいし、出来ない これなら、モバイル端末でもFirefoxのプラグインとして使えるAdGuardの方がよっぽど効果的だ また、ファイル共有も最大何GBに対応しているのかは不明、８GBで試したら認識に成功したが、２TBのUSB-M.2を接続しても認識されることはなかった。 （もう発売されていないがプリンストンのShAirDiskは3000円程度の値段で２TB、M.2 NTSFを認識した４TBも可能らしい） フォーマットの問題かと思いexFATでも試したがどうもそうではなった。（８GBのメモリはexFATで認識された） ファームウェア４ではファイル共有が使えなくなっている メニューなどは日本語化しているのでアクロバット的なことしなければ十分理解できる。 しかし理解が浅い為、分からない場合はChatGPTエンジンのCopilotに質問することによりほぼ理解する事ができた。 もっと理解が深い人ならば、ソフトウェアメニューにある膨大なライブラリから必要なプラグインを入れて 超絶カスタマイズができるのだろうが、凡人の私にはそれは不可能であった。 良くも悪くもこのままではモバイルルーターとしての使い道しかない・・かもしれない

The device is small and thin enough to travel with. It consumes little power and can be powered by a portable battery. It has many features, completely satisfys my need for VPN passthrough. Rakuten Hand5GでUSBテザリングの動作確認をしたく当初GL.iNet GL-SFT1200 (Opal)で検証しようと思っていたのですがGL-MT300N-V2 (Mango) でも実現可能と知り、一先ずこちらを購入しました。 外装箱や同梱されている簡易マニュアル等に日本語表記は有りませんが簡単な英語とイラストでインターネット接続までイケると思います。もし心配でしたらスマホ内のアプリ（Google レンズ等）で翻訳しながらチャレンジしてみてください。 初期接続後の管理画面は日本語も準備されており、初期導入においては大変満足しています。

自宅にWireGuardでVPN接続するために購入しました。 GUIで簡単にクライアント設定でき、目的は達成できました。 ハードスイッチにVPN ON/OFFの機能を割りあてられるのもなかなか良いです。 性能はそんなに高くないので、大きなファイルの転送などには向かないかもしれません。

OpenWRTを有効にし、SSHでログインしてWoLコマンドを実行するために使用しています。 別セグメントにある端末のWOLをしたく、格安で外部からSSHできる小型コンピュータを探しており、ラズパイゼロとかも検討しましたが、箱とかのことも考えるとこちらを買ってしまったほうが安いという結論になりました。 ラズパイにくらべ、スペックははるかに落ちますが安定性は非常に高く、WOL用ガジェットとして有効に活用できています。 もし不要になった際は実家に送り込んでVPNサーバとして使う予定。いろいろ遊びに使える楽しいおもちゃです。
