After the tip of the individual drop container has been removed, can it be replaced? Does it pop back on?

Yes, the cap can be put back on. (My optometrist confirmed this was okay to do following laser eye surgery.) Usually I can get 4 drops from each vial, but this varies. The one issue is that sometimes when there is not much liquid left in a vial, it will get "stuck" and not drop when squeezed; at these times, tapping the vial gently helps.

Can you use these on top of contacts lens?

I wear scleral lenses and put 2 drops of this inside the bowl of the lens and then add saline per my Dr. Helps with fogging and comfort. Don't know about soft contacts but these def won't hurt the has permeable type.

Can i use it for long time?

According to my doctor it can be used for long periods. I have been using it for a year three to four times each day.

can i use it with eye contacts on？
