Does this have Arabic day window as it shows in the images?

I am in The U.S.A. Mine came with English/Spanish for the Day window. Look at the last picture which is a video. As the watch spins around the Day window shows DOM in red. Spanish for Sunday. Mine I can set for English or Spanish. I have not seen the display in Arabic before.

Is this watch made in Japan?

No. The K indicates most likely Malaysia. If the model number had a J instead, then that means it is made in Japan and it would some small writing at the bottom if the dial stating made in Japan.

Can i adjust the strap size to fit my wrist size of about 6.5inches.?

Yes, if you want save money. First measure the length around your wrist to see how many clips to take out, then go to You Tube search for Seiko wrist strap adjustment. No special tool needed, only be careful with the spring.
