Reolink Duo 2 PoE

これまでSC3Vの製品をよく使っていました。 左右広く監視したい場所があり、Sv3Cの製品だと2個つけないといけなくて探したところこれを見つけました。 PoE接続でFTPアプロードできるというのが絶対条件のなか、私自身初めてのメーカーだったのでどうかなと思っていたのですが、結構使えるのでもう一台リピート購入しました。 ちょっと前後に大きいのと少し熱を持つのが気になりましたが、近年の異常な熱い夏を切り抜けたので多少安心しています。 WindowsのEdgeで使おうとすると、SV3CはIEモードでないと細かい設定ができないのですが、これはEdgeそのままで使えるのも良いところです。 使い方はモーション検知した画像をローカルのFTPサーバーにアップロードしています。 この時、一度検知してから次に検知するまで30秒程度空いてしまうので画像ではその間の動きが分からないのですが、本体にSDカードを入れておけば動画を保存できるので、その間の動きも見ることができます。 総じて気に入ってますが、これで長期間問題なく使えるのであれば、徐々にこのメーカーの物に入れ替えようと思います。

Excellent customer support. Background: I had to claim the warranty for this product after 11months due to some issues. I suspect the hot weather make the device fail during the month of August I was hesitant to log a complaint thinking that it's waste of time and effort but finally I did it and I received an excellent support. Product Quality: The product quality is good and I am very satisfied with the product.

・POE給電で基本的には動きます。（ライトOnでも問題なく動作しました） ・POEでそのまま接続したダケでは動きません。初回、ReoLinkのソフトウェアが無いとONVIFとしては利用できないポイントがマイナス。 POEHUBに接続したら、ReoLinkソフトウェアから検索、カメラにQRコードがあるのでその英数字を入れてUIコード？から検索して接続、パスワード設定と勧めます。 その後、ネットワークー＞詳細ー＞HTTPを有効（ブラウザからはコレで見れる）、RTから始まるヤツを有効（下ONVIFがある方）にするとNAS等からONVIFとして見えるよう（設定可能）になります。 ・NASとの接続は可能です。（少々知識が必要ですが、初回Pingが通るだけではHTTP経由でも画像は出ません） ・画質はスペック通りでそれほど良くはないです。（FullHD画質×２というイメージそのまま。4Kと比べると丁度半分くらいのイメージ。15m程度離れると人の顔は認識できないレベル？） ・明かりがある室内では、ライトの必要性はありません。 ・距離によって中央部分に若干のシワが発生します。（個体差？）ほぼ影響のない距離もある。 ・180度見えるというのはすごく便利な反面、画像が甘いという背反の関係が微妙ですね。同じ形状で同社製の4K(カメラでは8M）又は6K(12M)の画像で２カメラ分というのが出れば最高なのですが。。。

POE給電なのに補助電源を取らないと使えません。 それなのに電源アダプターは付属していない。 ゴミになりました。 追記 お客様、 ご注文いただきありがとうございました！弊社PoEカメラはDCアダプタが同梱しておりません。よりよいお買い物体験を提供するために、このメールには510A/810A/820A/811A/842A/823A/Duo 2 PoEに対して給電方法とAI検知設定の説明書を添付しており、ご査収のほどよろしくお願いいたします。 買った後に言うんじゃねぇよ

繋ぎ目もなくパノラマサイズで超広範囲で見れるので安心。画質も悪くなく問題ない。 唯一チャンネルの詳細設定ができないので感度設定などができない。 同社の別接続しているRLC-811Aは設定できる。 仕様なのか不具合なのか、カメラは問題なく機能していているが、この機種だけ設定に関しては接続できませんと表示される。

メインストリームの4K画像はH.265でしか設定出来ないためストリーミング機器がH.265に対応していない場合は使えません。サブストリームのみH.264に対応しています。

動いてる人の顔がまるで判別出来ないほど画像が粗いです。 カメラのコンセプトは良いのですが動いてる物に対して弱すぎです。 あとこのカメラのアプリがとてつもなく操作しづらいです。HDDは日本語もありません。筆問しても解決する様な回答もありません

概ね満足です。ただ試しに動かした時に本体が熱を持ちましたので様子見です。

Very good camera and very wide. Lots of features.

Great workhorse camera. Cheap, large FOV and easy to setup. We operate over 40 Reolink cameras on our production line in a challenging environment, and have experienced only one failure in the last three years. They work great within their own system, but if you are using a third party (Ubiquiti or Blue Iris) to view/store, they can be a bit glitchy.

Everything listed was in the box (even extra mounting screws/anchors), including a short cable for connection of the POE switch to the network modem. You must supply your own ethernet cable to the camera and your own POE switch (my old one died after about 8 years continuous service). Setup was a breeze - took 10 minutes (I had prior POE cameras so know the ropes). The only wrinkle was getting the SD card to seat in the slot. The slot is mounted a little deep in the case, so it is not possible to get the card to stay by pushing with the finger tip. I had to press it into place using the edge of a credit card. Other than that, no problem in setup. The camera even formatted the disk for me. My ethernet wire was already in place from a prior camera. Foolishly, I had let it hang out exposed to weather for > 1 year (under a porch roof) after I removed the old camera, which quit prematurely (it was NOT Reolink). The exposed copper wires in the RJ-45 jack were visibly corroded, so first try, the camera failed to connect. I then cleaned each wire carefully and individually with the edge of 400 grit sandpaper, then a tiny bit of vinegar brushed on with a stiff toothbrush; immediate, firm connection afterward. No problem with drops or disconnects. My particular wall mount was a bit challenging, as I had to drill into rough, irregular a stone-faced wall on the front of my house - covered by a porch roof - perfect to prevent sun shining directly into the lenses. There is some washout in areas of shadow under the roof when the sun is bright, but not too bad. Picture quality is quite good (certainly compared to my old camera), but I can't say it appears to be 4K. The image stitching is perfect. Certainly, the picture quality is sufficient for my purposes. Given my situation, it is very unlikely that license plates will ever present themselves to the camera, so I don't know if resolution is sufficient to read them. Individualizing all the settings - lighting, recording, and alarms - is straightforward and intuitive. The hardware is extremely well-designed and well made of quality materials to very close tolerances. Even the screws are high quality of stainless steel (a reliable sign of quality, in my experience) All-in-all, I am quite pleased with the Reolink POE Duo 2. Very good value for the price. The front of the camera (the black part) runs quite warm/hot. The website says this is normal. Since Reolink knows this and tells customers about it, I am hoping it does not make for premature failure. The duration of the warranty should permit operation through all ambient temperature conditions. In light of the overall quality, I am hoping for the best.

Future Plans – Testing the Duo 3 I’m so impressed with the Duo 2 that I’m planning to test the upcoming Reolink Duo 3 next. If it’s anything like the Duo 2, I expect it to be another game-changer. Final Thoughts The Reolink Duo 2 is an incredible piece of hardware. It offers unbeatable coverage, top-notch quality, and reliable performance, all in a single device. Whether you’re upgrading your current system or starting from scratch, this camera is a fantastic investment.
