Beautiful and easy apply love using multiple colors sometimes.

Creamy formula is decently pigmented. It can smudge, but doesn't easily migrate, you do have to rub it firmly to move it. Mine are labeled as eye and lip pencils, and the formula does work as either. I even experimented with using a shade all over the eyelid as a shadow, which worked OK, and I really liked the dramatic blue color. These are fun to play around with and well worth the price I paid for them. They are a great way to experiment with bold colors to see what you like.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price is very reasonable and it’s a smooth application process. I love the variety of colors. it doesn’t irritate my eyes. But for the length of the pencils, I thought I would have gotten more than just the existing tip on each pencil. Just like a previous review commented, you can’t sharpen them, or twist for a little more product after several applications with the current point. As per smudging, I sometimes had the eyeliner I applied on my eyelids smudge in the course of the day and I looked like I had applied eyeshadow, which I hadn’t. It didn’t look horrible, but I wasn’t expecting it to look that way. The only reason I would probably buy again is because of the price and colors. Quality is not the greatest, but that’s what the low price indicates.

Rich colors fun for any occasion. The only limit is your imagination because the price is too good to resist.

I like this set for the price; they're soft and apply readily. My only complaint is that they don't ever "set" and smear off really easily. They also just wear off within a few hours even if you are careful to never touch the area in which they are applied. Fun for experimentation and color play, but they aren't really lasting enough for going out or building a look that needs to last a whole day or evening.

I was extremely curious to discover what $7.99 for 15 eyeliners would get me. This is less than I pay for a single eyeliner. My curiosity got the best of me. My eyelids are normal. They are NOT dry. They are NOT oily. I wear eyeliner every single day. I have never had a problem with smearing and longevity of any eyeliner until with these. I don’t need to use primer and never do but I did have a sample so I tried a few with that. It was a little bit better but not impressive. The colors are lovely. It might work for your needs with primer but I consider these more like the liners we played with when we were in seventh or eighth grade.
