You have to have this red pepper if you are making Red Chili Oil and the like. I have tried to be cheap and use other chili flakes and my chili oil never comes our red nor as flavorful. Another great Amazing Spices product. The Szechuan chili bag contain no dust. It was just pure coarsely ground chiles.

I must keep my diet very low in sodium, so I cook every meal myself. Leaving out the salt tends to lead to bland food, so I use lots of vinegar and spices in my cooking. Since I started using Amazing Chile products, it's helped quite a bit in making my food more palatable. I looked up recipes for chili crisp and modified it not to use sodium products and I really like the results. I definitely like this brand. Everything I've tried so far has been excellent quality.
