Lavazza Classy Plus Coffee Maker - 72 Count Intenso Espresso Capsules

So far I am loving my new espresso coffee maker

Oh my goodness oh my goodness!! I just got this. Follow the instructions and ran water through the system to clean it and also the frother. At first, I wasn’t sure that the cream was getting fluffy, and then, of course the coffee went in there, and I took off the lid and to my surprise this froth or worked better than any of the machines that I purchased with automatic frothing. This coffee is better than any other pod machine that I have used or worked at a company that had one of them definitely did not have this machine! I am so in love right now with this coffee machine in the mug is glass. It’s thick and you just put the mug in there with the top on and froth the milk first and Then push the cappuccino or latte button it also does double shots of espresso. I absolutely love this coffee drink it is better than what I’ve purchased at stores no more wasting money. Oh, and I forgot to mention until now I had to come back in, but the coffee temperature is the hottest coffee better than any coffee machine that I’ve also used definitely buy this. You will not be disappointed. The picture on the very right is the only picture where I used plant-based creamer which foams better than anything. It’s like all whipped and fluffy. So this froth’s plant based creamers where other machines that I’ve used did not make it this fluffy and beautiful.

Off to a bad start with my Lavazza Classy Plus. Received it and immediately after the first few brews, I noticed a water leak coming from the bottom of the unit. Contacted Lavazza Customer Service, explained the issue and after sending multiple emails to them with pictures and videos of the actual leak itself (which was hard to capture while holding the phone with one hand and the machine on its side so they could see the drip with the other), they finally agreed it was defective and a new one is on the way. I will say the customer service was exceptional with very quick responses and a positive outcome. Outside of that inconvenience, I love the machine. Makes a great cappuccino.

Amazing! I have had a Breville and a LatteGo. I purchased them because I like to grind my own beans, but to be honest, I have never been able to achieve "cafe quality" as those products promise. I purchased this machine this time because I took a cruise years ago, and a smaller version was in our room. It was wonderful. When the LatteGo broke (it was all plastic), I replaced it with this. This is the cafe-quality flavor and experience I've been wanting. Forget about the beans unless you are an expert at brewing espresso-quality drinks. Get this brand and never look back. It's way easier to use, half the size, half the price, and looks great on the counter.

The variety and quality of drinks in exceptional for a coffee maker. If you like real coffee, this is the machine you want. Also, you may want to buy some milder blends. The intense expresso is ... INTENSE!

This is my 3rd unit. I use it daily for AM latte. Very convenient to use. Steams the milk while espresso coffee is injected into the milk. Previous 2 units lasted years before failing. Grounds do over time accumulate around the puncturing spikes such that pods are no longer pierced. Somewhat challenging to spray around the spikes with little room to maneuver, but can be accomplished with perseverance. Unit will turn off if internal temperature rises; I insert the milk filled carafe into place before turning on the unit, so doesn't heat up prematurely.

This makes the best and richest coffee. It’s hard for me to drink anything else! Great coffee and great coffee machine! No need to spend thousands of dollars.
