Very complete supplement! Overall, pretty good taste and mixes easily. I definitely feel more alert and focused.

I love the combination of supplements in this vitamin. It’s kind of like a combination of a multivitamin and a neurological support vitamin. Although if you’re working on something like neuropathy, you probably could use higher doses of certain supplements in this vitamin complex such as Alpha Polic acid.. Still I think it’s a good quality Product. I noticed that the B vitamins are methylated which many people need it. That’s usually found in the better quality products. It’s gluten-free and I’m very happy with it.

I purchased this after a recommendation after getting his OATS test done. Before I was giving gummy multivitamin in addition to other supplements. This one is geared towards autism so I was able to eliminate additional supplements. It is expensive but it comes with enough supply. Considering that I wanted a cleaner supplement I think it was worth the price. You would need to use a large amount of juice to mask the taste. I try to stay away from juices so I have been using water or coconut water. I dissolve with enough liquid to put into a syringe. My autistic son took it well with a syringe. But it did take some time for him to get accustomed to it.

I'm very impressed with the formulation and quality of this supplement. It's a carefully formulated powder with credible scientific evidence to help with brain health. I've been giving this to a relative that I'm currently caring for, and it's been helping him a lot. It's easy to mix into drinks and he's fine with the taste. I love that this powder supplement makes it easy to get so many health benefits in 1 quick shake in the morning each day. I add 2 scoops of powder to my shaker bottle and add about 20 - 22 oz of water. Even after I shake it up really well, the drink can be a little clumpy with a layer of foam on the top, but it tastes fine and the texture doesn't bother me. The powder blends best in a smoothie or it tastes pretty good in a glass of iced tea. It has a mildly sweet berry flavor to it that pairs well with other fruity flavors or the flavor of tea. I typically just have it in plain water, however, as that is quick and easy for me. It is a quick, easy way to get up and going in the morning and I feel like it helps give me a boost to start my day off right! I love that this powder is loaded with super foods and other healthy nutrients, but it is a little pricey for me to afford every month. Each shake costs about $1.65 so you definitely have to check your budget before you commit to this collagen powder. I do appreciate that the jar is a 60-day supply. I like the taste and I feel that it is providing good health benefits, but I think I will cut back to 1 scoop to make it last 4 months when I repurchase to make it a bit more affordable.

The jar was slightly open upon my receiving it and the powder was clumped and gross looking. The seal was not intact. Smelled awful. I wish I could still return, but I’m past the return window.

This SpectrumNeeds supplement comes in a dissolvable powder. The lemon is pleasant but is nothing to rave about. What made me ordered this is the extensive list of ingredients and that it is manufactured in the USA. I don't take it everyday, I take it every two to three days to feed some goodness into my body, since I don't always eat a balanced diet. I do feel kind of good after taking it, other than that I don't notice much other effects on me (good or bad). Mine arrived with about 14 months from the expiry date. It is a bit pricy, that's why I only take it every few days :)
