100種類以上？のカクテルレシピと写真が載っています。 色とりどりのリキュールを根拠なく混ぜ名前をつけて、これがカクテルです。といった具合の創作レシピ集の様でした。バー業界の方が著した本には思えません（そうだとしたらごめんなさい）。既存の偉大なカクテルと名前が被っていたりして…残念でした。 ただ、フォントや写真はとてもお洒落で“酒類関連の洋書を飾りたい”という目的なら満たせると思います。 1920年代NY禁酒法時代のアールデコ調みたいな、バー業界トレンドの表紙デザインに勝手に期待してしまいました。

Bought it as a present for a friend and it’s a good one. Lots of recipes that are fairly simple to make. Most do require some tools for mixology and sometimes require certain hard to get ingredients, but overall satisfied.

I’m a bartender and this book is awesome. It is missing some of my favourites but it has such a wide variety and each drink is explained simple but still in detail how to make and as a bonus it includes a photo of each drink. The book is hard cover and really high quality. Mine came in absolute perfect condition (usually my Amazon books are a bit banged up from transport or how they were stored). I made a few new drinks already and refreshed my memory on some old ones. Since the pandemic keeps shutting down my workplace I like practicing at home and this book is great to do that. It’s also a good size and weight. Bigger than I expected but not too big. I’m really happy with this book. One drink it doesn’t have is a paper plane which I’d suggest you leave a print out in the book of other drinks if they’re not included but honestly most are. There are about 200+.
