This powder is so much darker than turkey tail mushroom - something is not right. is this authentic?,

This appears to be authentic. This is a strong extract, 50 grams of dry material to 1 gram of final extract, which could account for the darker than normal color.

In how long would i feel the results?

What kind of results are you looking for? I’m using this and several others to try to build immune response for a mass in my lung. Soooo, I really don’t know. I feel better after I drink this odd combo of shrooms and veggies and fruit.......
