We purchased this PC for our 9 year old; he loves it. It looks amazing with all the aesthetics in his room. The screen color is very clear and it is easy to operate. The setup was fairly easy with following the directions. He uses it to complete his homeschooling curriculum as well. The problem we found is that the sound quality is very low. We purchased headphones for him and they do not work. We tried three different headphones.

Wireless speaker does not work straight out of the box. We will see how the computer preforms

Complete and total POS don't waste your money. 4th time it's been down in 39 days. Today was the blue screen. I called and couldn't hear the indian dude who was tech support, called back...no answer please leave a voicemail. Amazon needs to remove this crap from their site so their customers don't get ripped off and sold junk

The monitor did not recieve any signal when I turned it in the first time. Went thru troubleshooting steps (did not feel confident removing the graphics card to wipe it so I did not). Now the PC won't turn on once I turned it off. You get what you pay for, I guess. Thoroughly disappointed.

For a fairly cheap pc, it runs really well.

I should have listened to the reviews. The video card is horrible, can’t run the most basic games even on the lowest settings. You can open the games but playing them is nearly impossible. Every time it crashes the whole system has to be rebooted and takes forever. NOT A GAMING PC!! Spend the extra money and go with a better device.
