Mine doesn’t taste sour, but it is a bit bitter , raw cocao, as opposed to sweetened and processed cocoa often used in baking so perhaps that’s what the difference is.

美味しいし、安心安全ヘルシー！お気に入りです

未加工、オーガニック、余計な物が何も入っていないカカオパウダーのみの商品を探してたどり着きました。ニチガの商品がコスパも良さそうだったけど、パッケージ不良のレビューが多いのが気になったので、こちらにしました。ナウフーズのサプリや健康食品は何回も購入したことがあってメーカーの安心感があるし、ちゃんとしたレビューが多いのが決め手です。パッケージもしっかりしてます。パウダーはふわふわ！軽い！少量のお湯で練って滑らかにしてから、お湯や牛乳でのばして飲んでいます。コーヒーに混ぜたり、お菓子やパンを作るときに混ぜ込む時にも使いやすい。子供にはそのままでは苦いので、メープルシロップやはちみつ入りにしています。賞味期限は購入時期から約1年後の商品が届きました。
