MX30L - MOTORCYCLE BATTERY - 600+ CCA

I have a 2016 Road Glide Ultra CVO and the stock battery showed signs of fatigue. It often dropped well below 10 volts when starting and sometimes hesitated for a second. I decided to buy a new battery now instead of waiting to get stuck on a long ride. Based on so many awesome reviews I thought I would give it a try. I'm glad I did. This battery is awesome. Very strong and starts my bike with zero hesitation. The original was 405 CCA and 28 AH and this one is 600 CCA and 30 AH so I'm getting more power than stock. It was a perfect fit. An exact replacement to the original battery. And the price was reasonable.

Battery arrived in perfect shape and 95% charged. Put it on the charger at a slow charge for AGM battery and it charged to 100% in about an hour, looks good so far. Took the charger off and let it set a couple of days and put the charger back on it to check it's condition, it's at 100% yet no charge needed. Battery claims 600CCA so next it got installed in my 2014 Ultra Limited and the fit was perfect made for a easy install, next test start the bike and it fired it up easily. If it lasts this is definitely a upgrade from Harley's $180 battery. Couldn't be more pleased with this product so far.

05/2017 If your reading this review your probably considering this battery for your Harley and wondering like I was if this battery would solve your wimpy starts. Well this is the one to buy. My '14 RoadKing was not starting with much confidence after 3 years on the tender and climate controlled storage. My original Harley battery was rated for 405 CCA and this one is rated at 600 CCA. Look at some of the other reviews, Harley batteries from the 2014 model year are not holding up. This battery fit perfectly in my RoadKing and now it starts like it did when the bike was brand new. Yes this is the one you want. Update 4/22/2023 This battery lasted five seasons and stayed on a tender most of the time. I did store the bike for one month while moving a year an a half ago and was off the tender. I reordered the same battery again, the old one and new one pictured.

The 600 cold cranking amp battery is fantastic for my 2019 Harley Davidson Rd. glide starts up a little faster looks dependable and is around $154 compared to Harley Davidson battery is 400 cold cranking amps at $219 and so far I would buy this battery again🏆👍✅

I have had to replace the battery in my Harley several times and my experience has been mixed. The OEM battery while very good is expensive. I tried a cheaper battery with a lower amp hour (CCA rating) and it failed in a short time. I use some accessories that draw a lot of current and it probably took a toll on that battery and stressed the alternator as well. It was winter last time I need a battery and I was using a heated jacket and it killed the battery pretty quickly. What I have found is that if you use a battery tender (low amp constant floating charger) a good battery will last about 5 years and with out it plan to replace it every 2 years. While I have had this battery only a short time, right out of the box it seemed to have more power than the OEM. The motor snapped to life and had no sluggish starting at all. Time will tell if it will run the heated clothing and maintain a good long life, but from all appearances this battery is as good or better than OEM and about $60-70 less expensive. It fits perfectly and I did have to use shorter screws for the top terminals to add the many accessories that I have on my bike. They did include a neat set of brass spacers that do a good job of fully attaching the side terminals; do not omit them!
