Animals Favorite CatScratcherVariation (Old Triangle)

Our cats love this scratcher. They vigorously scratch it often. As all cardboard scratchers do, this one produces little bits of paper when the cats scratch - but that's what you get with cardboard and is to be expected. Our cats have visibly worn down parts of the scratcher. Ours don't go into the hole - but I didn't actually think they would. I'm not thrilled with the trough with the ball. That doesn't add anything and it creates a place where the cats can't scratch. I wish the trough wasn't there. But still this is a success for the cats.

The cats LOVE it!! It's the first thing they go to when they come in the room. But there are always little cardboard shreds all over the carpet. :/ This is more of a disposable toy if you have a few playful cats. But that's not necessarily a terrible thing.

I have a cat that likes to scratch upwards and she used this really quickly. It's a bit large (which I wanted) so keep that in mind in terms of where to sit it. It looks like it will last a long time, and as long as the cat isn't scratching other things I'll make sure she keeps getting a new one
