I researched Gymnema Sylvestre in scientific studies, and research papers, before I ordered this one. I wanted the whole herb that has been used in India for thousands of years for metabolic issues and other things. I research the herbs I take and I want to know the pros and cons of the herb, and its' effects. I highly advise doing a Google search and finding out about this amazing herb. For example: Gymnema stimulates the release of GLP1, the same thing people take Ozempic and the other new weight loss drugs for. Gymnema blocks a lot of simple sugar absorption in the intestines, not starches but glucose, and other simple sugars. It heals the beta cells in the pancreas and regenerates them. It does a lot of other helpful things as well. I bought this Gymnema because it is the whole herb with all the constituents, I want ALL the benefits the whole herb gives. It works very well. If I take just one it works so so. But if I take 2 when I wake up, and 1 in the evening, I get great results. My sugar cravings have disappeared. You do not know what a relief that is!
