I have found that managing my electrolytes can help prevent or stop my migraines. This brand has definitely helped me. I keep it in my nightstand with a glass of water on top! I find the capsules easy to swallow and like how easy they are to have on hand. My kid also gets migraines, but gummies are better for them because their stomach won’t tolerate liquids with the migraine. Traveling can also cause my electrolytes to get mixed up, so I love how easy these are to take with me. 1 capsule is a serving, so these are a great value. Recommend.
