Oh my. I was so happy when my camera arrive in perfect condition! The description said body and lens. Then to my surprise I received a camera strap a battery and charger for the camera. All of the books that went with it and a few other surprises! Everything is in perfect working order and I love this camera!! Thanks.

Perfect condition and excellent saving.
Was skeptical buying the refurbished but honestly it seemed brand new. No scuffs, scratches or anything missing. Came with 1 battery and charger. The camera itself is amazing which was to be expected. Well worth saving $350 on the new model. Would definitely buy this again over a new model.

Poor quality and lies
Not a good camera at all. The camera body is damaged. The camera strap is not available and the camera lens I was given was 18-55, while at the time of purchase it was said to be with a 55-135 lens. They told a big lie.

Couldn't be happier with this. It comes just like new, there isn't anything suggesting it has been refurbished. This is the second technology product I bought refurbished from Amazon and both work flawlessly.

All the reviews are true, this looks like a brand new camera. Operates as it should, no issues whatsoever. Buy with confidence.

Flash quit working within two days otherwise a great camera.
I got the camera on Sunday afternoon and by Tuesday evening the flash had quit working. I was really happy with the camera otherwise. It was definitely an upgrade from my old Rebel XTI. The built in flash wasn’t really a selling point for me as they aren’t very good anyway BUT the fact that I had a new to me product that was defective within 2 days made it an easy decision to return it. I ordered a brand new 90D to replace it. I guess this could’ve happened to anyone so I don’t fault Amazon or the third party seller.
