I've been taking this for about two months and has helped with my sciatica, I haven't needed to take as many pain killers. Need to take every day to feel the benefit. Works to reduce inflammation probably because of high curcumin content. It doesn't stain your fingers like some have suggested, as long as your hands are dry it's ok. Great product!

Excellent value turmeric supplement. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have an overpowering smell or aftertaste, which is a big plus. I like that it includes black pepper for absorption, and I’ve noticed a real difference in how my joints feel with regular use. The high strength means you don’t need to take lots of capsules. Will definitely reorder. But make sure you wash your hands after touching them 😂

Delivered on time and well packaged. They give a daily dose about twice the amount commonly recommended. Who knows if it works?

Every single morning, and throughout the day I’m forced to pop my feet in order to relieve my pain so that I can walk at all. After taking ONLY TWO DOSAGES over the two days of this concentrated turmeric, on the third day, I didn’t have to pop them till late morning 🤯🤯. I was flabbergasted. I've used several Toniiq products. This is the first time using their Curcumin. I usually buy the Costco brand. The Toniiq brand is great. Works as advertised, and when on sale, is a great value.

Good, but beware that it's strong and definitely should be taken with food.
