These work really good and I per fer these ones because they are actually flat. The reason for the 4 star is that they are a bit too long to where if its angled down it looks like you have a booger. The good thing is they can easily be trimmed down so they fit nicely.

1000 times more discreet! Barely noticeable! I’m in the military and needed a really discreet nose ring retainer. The thicker one didn’t cut it, this one has the flat head and sits flush with my piercing and not on top of it.
