Do these knives come with blade guards?

I purchased the cheese slicer and it did not come with a guard. If the description does not include that language, I would think they do not come with guards.

At the beginning of most "reviews" it usually mentions what they had purchased. Sometimes it's noted as STYLE: or it's in the review itself.

What is the grade of the stainless steel?

There is no indication on of the grade of the stainless steel on the cheese slicer. I had my husband, retired steel industry analyst, inspect the instrument and asked him the question. He answered "What difference does it make?" However, I can attest that it doesn't rust.

What is the length of this knife?

9 1/2” total 5 1/4” shaft 4 1/4” handle Great knife. I have had it for over a year. I saw reviews that said that the wood peeled, but I have not found any problems with it at all. I hand wash it, so maybe that’s the difference. I would give It five stars.
