I ordered this because it was a Wirecutter recommendation and it is excellent! It lathers and rinses well, and it leaves my hair feeling very silky, smooth, light and bouncy. The scent is light and floral straight out of the bottle, but it does not leave a strong scent on your hair. I have become disillusioned over the endless hype, and the wellness and virtue signaling of prestige products, not to mention the expense of trying them out and not finding them to be miraculous in any way. This one's a keeper. If they could make it look a little less like a bottom-shelf drugstore product, that would be perfect. The conditioner is good, too. You only need a little.
