I’ve had ongoing issues with hard, dry stools due to medications, and this is one of the few things that actually helps me. This is a nice productIt's very gentle. Take it when you have a couple of days off. It softens your stool and clears you out in many bowl movements the next day. They're all normal movements. You feel so much better at the end of the day. I swear by it! A product like this is hard to find.
