I’m one of those people who read Every review before even contemplating making a purchase on Amazon. This is because I’m old and fear change. There were a few negative posts, but the overall opinion suggested that this product was great. So I threw caution to the wind and bought it. I commute by plane twice a week using RyanAir, and value any extra sleep to block out the sound of the cabin crew trying to sell me overpriced paninis and scratch cards. So a comfortable neck support, earplugs and mask is vital. Just as expected, from the other reviews, it arrived flat but puffed out fine after 30 minutes and a little jiggle about, while watching Dr Who. It is heavier than the bead filled options but it offers excellent support and, unlike the beads, doesn’t sound like you’re resting on a bag of Rice Krispies. The complimentary earplugs and eye mask are a lovely touch and it also comes with a mesh carrying bag, which I shall repurpose to carry my emergency Malteasers. (Life tip: Always Carry Emergency Malteasers). I got this at a discount as it flashed up as a Deal Of The Day, so I’m doubly pleased with the quality and value for money. Brucey Bonus! It even came with a money off voucher for other products. My only disappointment was that (according to my mate Dermot) it was not made on Mars by actual Martians. But don’t listen to him, I think it’s true.

There are lots of great things about this neck pillow. The cover comes off so it can be washed and kept nice and clean which was a usp for me. The material is also really soft so it’s kind to your skin. It’s far from rough or sweaty which is great, especially if you’re using this in different climates. The filling is ridiculously comfortable; it’s amazing actually. Admittedly I was a bit worried when it arrived as it was crushed and packed really small but give it time and a bit of a nudge and it’ll Be just fine. Love the pockets for mask and earplugs. Probably won’t ever use them, but handy. The downside is the cord. You do need some sort of fastening to pull this tight around you but this cord is not the answer. If the pillow slips, you’ve got a thin cord tightening around your neck which isn’t great. The toggles are also really poor quality with bits that pop off so be mindful of that around little people. In short, love the product, really wish the cord would be different. I’m going to get my thinking cap on and see how I can replace the cord with something more suitable.

I've tried memory foam ones before in the past but never got on well with them because the back of the neck part is always too hard. Having almost given up looking, I found this one, and it is totally different. The sides are still great for support but the back is totally soft and comfy. It moulds to the shape of my neck and also moulds to the shape of the seat behind to create total comfort! I think the idea of shredded memory foam is genius as it allows the pillow to mould to the seating situation. The side pockets are also handy for my phone when I listen to music. I have no hesitation recommending it.

Not tried it properly yet but was comfy enough although felt like it was strangling me when die up tight but was fine once it was taken out of the cover and moved about a bit

Great support from this pillow lovely and comfortable, I have tried many over the years but nothing matches this one, quality is excellent too, it comes with a storage bag a removable washable cover, ear plugs and a sleep mask. And great value too.

It took quite a while to decompress from it's hardcore vacuum packing, and I was worried when I first opened it and it was lying there flat as a pancake, but when it finally puffed it has a great feeling fabric and nice neck support. Extra pockets are a bonus as are the mask and ear plugs. The idea of shredded memory foam sounded weird, but I thought I'd give it a try and it feels different, in a good way. It feels more moldable than the 1 piece travel foam I had before.

Comfortable and good for travelling. Soft fabric. Expected it to be a bit puffier like in the photo but it wasn't. Arrived compressed and left it overnight to get in shape but the next day when I used it it felt like it was still not in full shape. I don't know if I should have given it more time to come in full form. It was still a good buy for me and would recommend.

Absolutely amazing product, great support without being too firm. This is the second one I have purchased as I purchased this one for my brother in law as he is currently undergoing chemotherapy and it helps with his travelling and his time there. Best neck pillow I have ever tried, well worth the purchase.

Livré avec masque pour les yeux, la qualité est au rendez-vous. Tissus très moelleux et doux, pas d'odeur de tissus grâce au fibre de bambou. Une fois installé autour du cou, un vrai confort, et un très bon maintien, il n'y a pas soudure de plastique qui vous coupe le visage comme les coussins gonflables. N'hésitez pas, c'est un très bon produit.

coussin trop dur, trop gros, pas confortable.Prévoir de le déballer la veille avant de s'en servir pour qu'il prenne sa forme.
