Yes, you can use it in place of an ironing board if you'd like! It's very portable and doesn't take up as much space as a fold out ironing board, and it would be perfect for a quilting project!

Will this fit on the 9x9 press?

I don't know why not! I don't know the exact measurements but it's just the right size for my original Easy Press. You can't even believe how much better it works than using an ironing board! I highly recommend it! HTH

Good quality and keeps heat off of counters

Love this mat!! I just bought an Easy Press and this is the perfect accessory for it. It’s lightweight and protects my counters perfectly. I made quite a few items one after the other and the heat never came through the mat. Good quality and I highly recommend it.

Perfect protection for heat press projects

This mat works exactly as it should and gives great protection when using my EasyPress. It provides a nice, firm but cushioned surface so heat is evenly distributed, and I don’t have to worry about damaging my table or countertop. It’s also easy to store and doesn’t slide around while I’m working, which is a big plus. If you do any Cricut or heat transfer projects, this is definitely a must-have accessory. I’m very happy with it and would absolutely recommend it!
