I’ve owned a few of this Voyager line through the years (and many, many other brands) and this new model doesn’t disappoint. There is nothing better when it comes to functionality and call quality. I travel a lot and work with heavy equipment outdoors. Mic noise reduction and sound quality doesn’t get any better. If you don’t mind getting the nickname of Bluetooth or Tony Robbins, there is no better choice than this. I can just get about a full day of heavy use on the batteries charge. When using the dongle on a PC the audio quality is insanely good. Nice to be able to have both PC and Phone connected simultaneously. It’s comfortable enough for its size and even though it’s on the pricier side it’s well worth the $ in my opinion. They get covered in sweat and rain and even a trip through the wash a time or two and are still going strong. After about a year, I start to notice a decline in battery performance when it gets to the point they don’t make it till lunchtime. It’s time for a new one, but up until that point the battery life is pretty good.

This headset has been a great addition to my daily work setup. The fit is comfortable enough to wear for long periods without irritation, and it stays secure throughout the day. The noise cancellation works really well; people on the other end hear me clearly, and it does a solid job minimizing background distractions on my side too.Battery life and charging are very convenient. It charges quickly and holds a strong charge, so I don’t have to worry about it dying in the middle of meetings. The overall durability feels solid, and the build quality gives confidence it will last with regular use.It also has a sleek, professional appearance, which is a nice bonus for video calls. For the price, this headset delivers excellent value and reliability. Highly recommend for anyone needing a dependable, high-quality headset for work or calls.

This headset could have been the best headset on the market. When it works, it’s absolutely amazing. The audio quality is excellent, it’s comfortable, and for those brief moments when everything functions correctly, it feels like a premium product.The problem is reliability.During Teams calls, the headset constantly develops connection issues that force me to power it off and back on multiple times throughout the day. The included USB dongle works well until it’s moved or disconnected even once, and then the connection becomes unpredictable. Bluetooth performance on a computer is even worse and cannot be relied upon for professional use.Ironically, it works perfectly fine with my cell phone. The issues appear almost entirely related to PC and Teams usage, which is exactly what many people buy this headset for.I’ve updated the firmware, adjusted settings, and gone through all the recommended troubleshooting steps. Nothing has permanently resolved the problem.What makes this especially frustrating is that a $20 generic headset I purchased on Amazon has been more dependable than this device. For a headset that costs around $175, that’s simply unacceptable.If you want a headset that requires constant troubleshooting, reconnecting, and changing settings, this may be for you. If you want something that simply works every day without a fight, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.At $60 I would have been disappointed. At $175, I regret the purchase.Please do not buy this headset expecting a reliable Teams experience. I genuinely cannot recommend it.

I work several different jobs that require me to have multiple computers and phones. I chose this device because of the Dogle component lets me switch more seamlessly between devices when I'm in a rush because I can't be bothered with switching bluetooth around.I also have 2 toddlers so I like the boom mic that I can move up and down to mute in case I need to mute quick. I prefer the boom mic to mute because sometimes i forget if pressed the mute button or not and dont wanna be caught with a hot mic. There is also a meat button if you don't like the boomstick. I really like that the doggle chance red or green, depending if you are mired or not in case you need a quick double-check.Overall very good sound quality and call clarity. Carrying case is nice and compact so I can keep it in my pocket when I am on the move. Battery life is really good and it gives you a audible battery and status connection when you turn it on.Took off a star because it is security on my ear is pretty good but not awesome. I occasionally need to adjust if I am moving around a lot...so not something to take to the gym. Max volume is adequate, not crazy loud. I usually expect max volume to make me want to wince. The max volume can be described as the highest volume before becoming uncomfortable.

I have read complaints by others about the device disconnecting or not being loud enough. Take those with a grain of salt. They could be operating in noising environments or possibly experiencing interference with their Bluetooth connections or using multiple devices. Lots of things could cause disconnects and “loud enough” is subjective. I use this headset in my home office working remote and also when I go into work from office buildings at my company. This is an office environment. The headset is plenty loud and people can hear me great on the other end. After a week of use I have had no issues with disconnecting. The headset is solid and works great with my 3 year old HP laptop running Windows 11. I use the built in Windows Bluetooth support and do not use the provided Bluetooth adapter (although I could). Everything is solid and works great. I love the case that provides additional charge and I can set the headset in the case, which acts as a stand, throughout my day when I am not using the headset for a meeting. All in all, glad I tried this out. Great device. Would absolutely buy again. I would only consider the device with the case as it protects the headset, gives you a nice little stand to set it in between meetings, and carries plenty of charge.

Excellent head set, I have been using it for a few months now. Audio quality is good, multiple devices work well, and all the ear on/off sensor and buttons work perfectly. This is great headset for anyone who wants to have a headset for work and get very clear audio with excellent noise cancellation without needing a full on headset that blocks the ability to hear ambient sounds. Furthermore, it is very compact and is easy to toss in a travel bag or laptop case. Also the charging/storage case works extremely well and protects the headset. I use it for 4-5 hours a day, and find that if I charge once a week the battery never gets even below 50% on the case.My only complaint is that sometimes with Microsoft Teams the audio connection gets weird and I have to restart Teams to get it working again. This seems to be a Teams issue though because I've had this issue with several headsets.

This review is for the Poly Voyager Legend 50 UC Bluetooth Headset with Charging Case. I purchased this to replace my original Plantronics (Poly) Voyager Legend with Charging Case that I have been using for years. I have to start off by saying I absolutely love my Plantronics Voyager Legend. It has been the most comfortable Bluetooth headset that I have ever used. I can have it on for 10 hours and forget it is even there. The audio for both the mic & speaker were outstanding. The only annoying issue I would run into, and this was more prevalent on newer phones, is sometimes the native phone app (Samsung) or other communication apps would randomly switch from the headset to the phone for audio.My motivation for trying the Poly Voyager Legend 50 UC Bluetooth Headset with Charging Case was getting something that was USB-C, newer version of Bluetooth, and it was on sale for an amazing price. I have put over 100 hours of usage onto this new headset. I had no complaints on the audio of my old headset, but the audio is immediately superior on this. It's a fuller sound, not flat sounding at all. Great response in the mid-range, where most dialogue occurs. Everything just sounds better. I never had any complaints about the mic on my old headset, but people did say I sounded even better on this new headset. The Bluetooth connectivity is better. I never have an issue of a disconnect or the phone/app trying to switch my audio from the headset to the phone. The button layout is excellent. I really like that the charging case also has the built-in headset charging stand. It is super convenient to be able to set the headset in the stand during the workday so that you quickly grab it and put it on. The headset also has a great proximity feature so that it knows when you have it on or off. The charging case can also be charged wirelessly, which is convenient. I also like using the desktop and Android Poly app to run updates to the headset & case, and it has a number of setting options. You can also use the app to locate your headset. Overall, this is the best Bluetooth headset I have ever come across.I often have this headset on for 6-10 hours a day. Overall, I find it very comfortable, but I would say the original Plantronics Legend was more comfortable. The Voyager Legend 50 sometimes gets a bit annoying on the top of the ear, where the Voyager Legend never has any discomfort spots. The first Voyager Legend 50 I received had a small, but annoying, crackle sounds after speaking that only I could hear. The replacement headset almost never does that.This is still the best Bluetooth headset I have found, and I will most likely be using it for years to come.

Call controls are very unreliable. Sometimes it will auto answer for no reason, then sometimes the call button won't answer the call. Voice answering is the same. It is very comfortable and good sound quality though and I like the design and battery life. If you are constantly answering calls at your desk and don't need headset call control it is a good headset.

Unglaublich gut!Ich nutze seit vielen Jahren die Bluetooth Headsets von Plantronics, jetzt Poly.Zuletzt war es der V5200 mit Case. Leider war die Verarbeitung nicht besonders hochwertig. Und der Mikro-USB-Anschluss hat einfach genervt.Jetzt bin ich auf den Poly Voyager Legend 50 umgestiegen und bin begeistert!Viel besserer Tragekomfort, eine tolle akustische Qualität. Endlich sind sie wieder unschlagbar! Habe viele andere Headsets anderer Hersteller ausprobiert. Aber keines konnte nur ansatzweise mit dem Premium-Modell von Poly mithalten.Und jetzt sind auch die kleinen „Mängel“ behoben: USB-C, die stabilere Verarbeitung, die Möglichkeit, das Case kabellos zu laden und noch einiges mehr…Ich habe gleich zwei gekauft und wollte erst einmal schauen, wie sich die Qualität entwickelt hat.Jetzt, wo ich völlig begeistert bin, werde ich alle 5200er austauschen gegen das aktuelle Modell.Wen es nicht stört, dass die alten Geräte mit Mikro-USB geladen werden, wird auch bei den 5200ern zufrieden sein. Die Sprachqualität ist genial gewesen und jetzt auch nicht schlechter geworden.Sicher kann man mit den alten Geräten ein Schnäppchen machen ;-)Wer aber die Perfektion sucht und endlich den USB-C Anschluss haben möchte, wird sicher mit dem Poly Voyager Legend 50 sehr glücklich sein.

Muy buen producto, un manos libres auriculares de muy buena calidad de material y estuche de carga es practica y tiene 2 cargas completas para el auricular, es cómoda no pesa nada y con el dongle usb para sincronizar con la PC, es buen sonido y hasta ahorita funciona bien, la uso todos los días, y espero siga así
