Pretty good muscle pumps, size, vascularity. Not sure of myostatin inhibition yet .... Piperine does seem to make it work better, bc I've tired other brands Epicatechin supps without piperine, and they simply did not work for me at all. Piperine does not "sting" or taste bad or upset my stomach the way other reviewers say (unless you suck on the tablet or something like that).

The product works correctly, but the bottles are half full, fill them all the way

One of the few non hormonal muscle builders that actually work. Great for pumps and endurance too. You do need to run this at higher doses at 600-800 mg a day for results. Great stuff.

I've been using Nootropics Depot Epicatechin in my daily stack for years, and it's great for muscle recovery and boosting cardiovascular efficiency during workouts. I no longer get muscle soreness after a heavy workout and I have improved endurance. Although it's pricier than some alternatives, the effectiveness and Nootropics Depot's reputation make it worth it. The tablets have no taste, which is ideal, and are small and manageable, though slightly powdery. I'll definitely continue using it and recommend it for anyone serious about fitness.

As far as my research has led me to, this company appears to produce reliable products, then again how can anyone be sure. I have had no observed problems taking this product
