Kosmo's Pineapple Heat is amazing, the flavor is perfect for ribs you get enough heat and sweet to make incredible tasting ribs, I can't even describe the flavor you'll have to try it yourself, one thing I will do differently next time is to add more Kosmos because I didn't put but maybe a quarter of a cup thinking I could overdo it, next time i'm using half the bottle for two racks. The first bite I took I was amazed, perfectly tender, perfectly moist and perfectly cooked can't wait for round 2!!! First time i've ever smoked ribs, used @Girlgonegrilling from Youtube's "Fall Off The Bone" method of 275f for 2 hours, put the glaze/butter and wrap for 2 hours meaty side down on top of glaze and butter then remove the top layer of foil so the meaty side is exposed to the smoker again for 30 mins then rest and eat. Used Crispy's Mango Habanero for the rub.

Love the flavor and not to spicy

Very habanero forward & wish the pineapple came through a bit more. That being said, Kosmos puts out great products & the habanero doesn’t wreck your taste buds. We used it on smoked pulled ham & will use it for wings next.

Awesome sauce

It was good

This sauce is very sweet with a kick of spicy. It's great on pork and chicken, only meats I tried so far... ALSO, I made waffles yesterday and realized I was out of real maple syrup (that fake corn syrup stuff is garbage).... this stuff is actually really good on waffles, probably pancakes and French toast too. It's basic real ingredients too, not all that garbage fake junk. Love this stuff.

good flavor,needs more heat and less sweet

OML OML wow this is lush!!!!! Yummy!!! On ribs which ai then shredded and put in a wrap!!!! Wow!
