Many of the reviews said that Fenugreek is an herb that will enhance milk production when breast feeding which is why I purchased. Also the lable says its to improve breast milk production.However, when I got the product it says not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding mothers so beware.

Yea I’m MIND BLOWN at how amazing this supplement is for helping milk supply. My supply was dipping 5 months PP so I ordered this & tried it because my babies pediatrician recommended it. My supply was up the next day. I hadn’t felt engorged for atleast a month or two and the following morning after taking this supplement I FELT ENGORGED and honestly was so happy to lol. Try this if you need to up your supply. It’s honestly so worth it & it’s not even pricey!!

I added a picture to show a difference between this product (on the LEFT) and a different product from a different brand (on the RIGHT). For starters this product is pale and skinny which makes sense as to why they want you to drink 6 a day while the product on the right only requires you to drink 1 pill a day and it is darker in color. This product on the left has a strange smell to it, the smell is off putting but the taste is even worse but the one on the right doesn’t have an off putting smell and I put it on my tongue and it didn’t taste like much. I don’t know if I received a bad batch with this product but I wasn’t interested in continuing after one week. My tongue touched the capsule of this product as I was swallowing and it left such a nasty taste that I gagged. To me it smells like wood mixed with some type of burnt, strong-smelling oil that I have put in my hair before like castor oil. However, I tried to push through for a week because I wanted to experience the maple syrup smell that people said they experienced in only 1 day of taking this but I didn’t get it after 1 week. What I smelled in my armpit on day 6 was a light scent of wood that was shaved down and had an unknown dark oil added to it. It wasn’t what I wanted and it was nowhere near maple syrup smell which was disappointing because that’s what I mostly got it for. Here are pros and cons after 1 week of taking 6 capsules a day: Pros: 1. It made me go #2 often which is only good because I don’t go frequently but it would be a con to those that do go frequently. 2. Made me use #1 often as well which may be good or bad to some but I see it as good because it made me drink more water. Cons: 1. No syrup smell on myself like I hoped 2. Horrible taste 3. Horrible smell

Fantastic! I am a new mom and new to breastfeeding. I didn’t realize how much this stuff helps my milk supply until I ran out. Ordered more and now after one week I'm back up on my supply! 10/10 recommend!
