It’s an EXCELLENT Laptop, very quick and efficient. Highly recommended this over any newer one.

Unsatisfied
I am very disappointed with this product. My order arrived almost a month late and the tracking information repeatedly showed delays with no clear updates. When I finally received it, I was unable to connect it to Wi-Fi. In addition, several keys on the keyboard did not work properly and would stick when pressed. The screen was also glitching and flickering, making the device difficult to use. I took it to several places to see if someone could help me get it working, but no one was able to resolve the issues. Because of the shipping delays and the time spent trying to troubleshoot the device, I am now concerned that I may be past the return window. I will be contacting customer service for assistance. Overall, this product arrived defective and has been unusable from the start. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

This laptop came in excellent condition and ready for setup. Great looking and feel. Working perfectly and so far handed everything I need I to do. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

Didn't have a network adapter
I couldn't get past the part of the setup process where you connect to the internet. Looking into the reason, it seems the device either doesn't have a working network adapter or it's not physically connected properly. This was my second attempt with this product and neither time was I able to even get through the setup process. The first one I returned, several of the keys on the keyboard did not work.

The perfect Linux laptop
Learning more about Linux and this is one fantastic way to go. It’s small and very portable. The Microsoft version of the MacBook Air. If only Microsoft could make software like they make devices, maybe everyone wouldn’t be against windows 11. Sound is good, speed is nice, and the screen is really good and touchscreen.

basically brand new! no physical defects noted, OG charger was included. checked battery stats , was 85% and only had 9 cycle counts. so far so good ! great deal

Pesimo producto y servicio, llego sin funcionar la tarjeta de red y de audio, ya tiene 10 días que se regresó y no princesas el rembolso....

No desactivar las funciones
Físicamente el producto es aceptable, pero estaba desactivado el WIFI, por lo cual no podía configurar de inicio el equipo.
