I use these in a lentil mushroom ragout and the flavor is superb! Fast cooking, healthy, and delicious. A bit pricey.

Love these lentils! I always sort my lentils to remove little pieces of debris that are not lentils and I didn’t find anything that needed to be removed. They cooked nicely and my end product was delicious!

Awesome product! I really love these lentils!! Perfect combination of easy to cook & delicious texture. Healthy protein source that will fit in well with whatever else you're eating. They're pretty too! Alone, they look similar to caviar!

These Little Gems would get a five-star rating if they weren't so expensive. I have never had Beluga lentils, but these things are yummy and they pack a powerful nutritious punch! Would recommend. Do something about that price, please!
