Am i reading this right? one 2liter bottle of pepsi zero sugar will cost $6.93? this is a product that sells for $1.25 in the store.

My husband is a huge fan of Pepsi Zero in the 2 liter bottles, and I usually get it for him from the grocery store at prices ranging from $.99 (on sale) to $1.79. I've actually not even seen it available on Amazon, but I've seen other items priced way above their brick-and-mortar store equivalent. It may have something to do with the particular format (these bottles being bulky to ship) meaning they don't sell enough to have a competitive price, as opposed to the canned version (which I bought for him through Amazon when it was hard to find the 2-liter bottles at Kroger).

Are you discontinuing Pepsi zero like you did Pepsi Max?

As I understand it PepsiCo didn't discontinue Pepsi Max, they just renamed it Pepsi Zero. Which makes sense because "Max" seems as though it would have more of something, including calories, whereas "Zero" conveys the correct message. (As it does with Coke Zero, whose lead I'm sure they were following.) My husband drinks a lot of it and said there was no difference in taste after the name change.
