This is my all time favorite saw.
I've bought a number of these saws over the years and I use it frequently. Very sharp. A very nice flush cut saw that cuts on the pull. But it's also very good for cutting other things like trim molding or cutting drywall. Teeth go very near to the end so it's very easy to start the hole when cutting out drywall for wall outlets. I can get very straight cuts with this saw. Blade is super thin so it's great for making cuts with a small curf. Cuts through quickly. Just a great saw to have in yourvtool box.

Very Useful Saw
Got this saw as I do a lot of dovetail and other types of joinery. It’s also great for sawing off dowels and other projecting pieces flush. Pretty aggressive teeth. Only thing to remember, (and in no way is it a fault with the saw), is that the blade is very flexible and in thicker or heavier types of wood, it’s harder to cut really straight. Blade could even kink if push overly hard. But I have a Japanese pull saw for that. Right tool for the right job. And I have made great use of this one. I’ve also had very good luck with Irwin tools of all types. I like this item.

Nice saw, while it lasts
It cuts smoothly, with minimal kerf. On the downside, because the blade is so flexible--almost floppy--it's a bit hard to make a straight cut. The big problem, though, is that the tiny teeth break off easily. One of these saws lasts me about six months before it's useless. And although the blade is designed to be replaceable, Irwin doesn't sell spares. As others have pointed out, you can use Shark Corp 01-2204 blades, but for a buck more you could buy a whole new Irwin saw! That's irritating, but I still prefer to buy replacement blades rather than throw away plastic Irwin handles one after another. Besides, it's easy to keep spare blades on hand--which I strongly recommend. Trust me--unless you cut nothing but balsa wood, you're going to need them. All that said, it's still a good saw for many purposes.

Aggressive cut pull saw works well
This is a great addition to a toolkit. It is a very nice pull saw that works well. Teeth have an aggressive cut, so it gets the job done quickly but requires care to maintain accuracy of the cut. Zero tooth offset makes it great for flush cutting. This is the Irwin replacement of an old Marples saw. The older Marples has a better made and more comfortable handle. Best solution is to put the Irwin blade in the Marples handle.

Indispensable at the workbench
Professional luthier. Sharp, accurate, thin kerf. Replaced same that lasted 5-6 years heavy use, til teeth started breaking. They don’t sell a replacement blade, but saw is affordable. Cuts on the pull stroke. I saved the blade guard from the old one to keep on the back edge for greater stiffness.

Best flush saw for the money so far
As a drawer maker I use this saw every dayday to cut out drawer slides on maple and I can usually get almost a year use out if it before it dulls and I've cut hundreds of drawers. Great for flush cuts . This saw is always going to be in my toolbox

Extremely Handy
This saw is indispensable for small cuts in wood or PVC. Pretty to cut accurately. I bought this for my daughter after buying at least 2 for myself over the years. Blade lasts a long time but teeth are very hard & can’t be resharpened. Replacement is blade almost the same price as new saw.

Should be called a gouge rather than a saw.
This is an excellent pull saw. The handle is made to replace the blade but separate blades are not available. The price is now over the top. A $7.00 saw costing $26.90 not really value. Irwin products such as this force one to buy Chinese.

Bought the second one now, owned my first one for 10 years and still going..
My first saw is missing a couple of teeth so I decided to freshen up a bit. I’d say the design is 4/5 sort of thing, but the fact that it comes apart easily makes it easy to transport in a small kit. Perfect for those times when you need a small but sharp saw blade to get the job done, ie; trimming ABS pipe under the kitchen sink, notching wood etc.

Calidad garantizada!!!

Great saw
Super handy tool. I had one for ages, used it most days on the job until one day it disappeared. Finding the exact replacement at a great price was just what I needed.
