Have been using about two weeks now and I’m so glad I got these-I was starting to have restless legs for the first time in my life and read up that this type of Turmeric with other vitamin supplements should help. I noticed a decrease after about day 3-4, then much better by day 10 and will continue as needed to stave off that awful restless leg problem! It’s also supposed to be great for your metabolism and inflammation as an all around kind of beneficial relief supplement to really improve your daily life and overall wellness feeling! Not too hard to swallow even though they are large.

I am skeptical of these type remedies but my doctor said I needed to get off NSAIDs that I have been taking regularly for half my life. I ordered these after searching the web. I have been taking them 1 in the morning 1 in the evening for about 3 months. I have not taken any NSAIDS for 2 months. My neck, back, knees and feet are nearly painfree. I am 62 spent 30 years in the military and used to have incredible pain that caused sleepless nights. I'm sold on this. I can't say it will help you but definitely worth a try.

I have to say, there is a noticeable difference when I do not take turmeric as opposed to when it is in my daily stack. There are some good studies out there that demonstrate that turmeric has a lot of properties that help keep inflammation down, improve your bodies, natural immune system, and help functions like your skin stay healthy. The pills themselves definitely have quite a unique taste, but luckily, they are not too hard to swallow. You will want to take these with food though. 5 Immune Support Stars out of 5!

the combination of ingredients are the perfect levels to keep my Sciatica in check and with just one capsule each morning I can make it through my days and nights with little to no pain whatsoever and that is a game changer when prior to using this product my days were filled with more often than not unbearable pain that would keep me from functioning at all much less at a level that made life tough on good days and next to impossible on the bad days.

The supplement does work well, it reduced my wrist stiffness in 1 week. However, you MUST be very careful to consult a doctor before taking this specific one because it has peperine in it. Peperine messes with the liver enzymes, and this specific of formation is not ideal for people on any other types of medication or taking any other types of supplements. There are other formulations out there that do not include the black pepper extract. You need to take 3 pills per day, which is a lot. Also, this specific brand isn't meant to be taken constantly, but to have breaks to give your liver a break. After I finish this bottle, I'll buy another brand with Meriva in it, which doesn't mess with liver enzymes.
