Made good winter deer grazing area.

My initial review was not good. I didn't give the seed enough time to establish. It's amazing and continued to grow through the winter. I had to mow it in February or my dogs would have gotten lost in it. I cleared a section of my back yard that my home builder neglected to take care of. I graded the (poor) soil and broadcast the seed. I gave it very little care.....and it exploded. IT grows FAST and covers well. I'm anxious to see how long it survives the summer heat.

Nicely sealed, seeds clean, no weeds or other junk in bag. Ask me in 3 mos on how well the seeds produce.

If there were a 0 star I'd put that. I overseeded my yard in spots I missed where I had used Florida grown winter rye. The Florida winter rye did really well but the no till winter rye mostly didn't germinate! I did them the same, same time with cool Temps and watered several days to encourage germination, but very few sprouted! Why? Defective seeds?? Not for Florida (Ocala) which is very cool to cold this winter. I wish the company would give me a refund. I could send pics if I knew how? I'll not try these seeds again especially if I don't get a refund. Extremely disappointed.

works great grows fast

This grass seed started growing in about 2 days and was about 4 in tall in about a week and a half but I wouldn't buy it again because only half of the seeds sprouted. I bought it to grow in a greenhouse so that my chickens can have grass in the winter. It was kind of expensive for it all not to grow.

Comes in a nice waterproof fiber bag. The seeds were plump and even. Anxious to see how it grows!
