NexTool Mini Sailor S11 Pro, 12-in-1 Compact Keycain Multitool

This is compact but very useful multitool. The highlights for me are the pliers, blade, scissors and file. Pliers and scissors are spring loaded so they function very well. Both are smallish, but this is a compact set after all. The pliers are very nice, you can get a solid grip. the machining is excellent, the needle nose meets precisely and tightly, no slop in these pliers. Scissors fold into themselves, so store very compactly. The spring lets them cut and rebound. Obviously given the nature of being compact, these are sharp but small cut scissors. Yes you can cut long cuts, you will just be doing lots of them. The file is fine - fine enough you can use on fingernails, or edge cleanup/polishing. These are not deep bite, but very appropriate for tool size. Knife blade is sharp, and uses a decent quality steel, much better than you should expect at this price point. All joints are tight and smooth. Excellent tool to have in your bag.

Love this multitool. Very good sharp blade and excellent scissors. The multitool itself is very similar in size/dimensions as the Leatherman squirt but better. The scissors are much better then the squirt and wingmans scissors and almost as good as victorinox scissors. Little stiff to open some tools out of the box but that's normal for multitools. Very good array of tools for edc. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Very light compared to other multitools that weigh down your pockets. And a great price, a lot cheaper and better thought out then the leading big multitool brands. Highly recommended getting one plus its non locking and blade is under 3 inches so it's even UK legal.

The build quality feels excellent, and I really like this little multitool. It's compact, well made, and very suitable as an everyday carry tool. The only two issues I noticed are that the plier jaws don't line up perfectly, and the SIM ejector pin attachment is a bit loose. Other than those minor flaws, I really enjoy carrying and using it.

I work in retail sales for a cellular company so this was the perfect mini keychain multi-tool for the job. I love how the knife has not had to have been sharpened at all within over 6 months of having it. The tweezers are awesome the players are great all the tools that are on here have been very durable. The one thing I would wish for instead is if there was a way to have the key ring attachment point be able to fold into the tool and also be on the opposite side of the knife because I feel like the knife is one of the most common tools to be used on here and having a key ring on this gets in the way of being able to open the knife properly. Beyond that I think this is one of the most wonderful tools it's been very durable very reliable and I like it multiple use cases that I've been able to find a need for. The tools on this open up very well they don't lock into place but with a mini size like this I wasn't expecting them to do so and they have not loosened up at all to become unstable for use her unsafe for use. Opening and closing this is one of the most simple things ever. I specially like having the Sim popper on this especially with my job. Not only is it convenient for what I do and work but it's also great for when you just need to be able to reset an electronic device with the small reset button recessed holes or needing to just get into smaller crevices to be able to clean out a charging port or clean out a small area or port on another device

Well made. Solid build. Just the right balance of tightness on how each tool pulls out and folds in and the notches are easy to grab with my fingernails. Don't expect these to be easy to pull out or push back in. It takes a little force, but I personally like how that works. The pliers are solid and functions well as the primary focus of the tool. The small loop is initially tucked in when new and isn't obvious it's there so you need to pull it out (see the instruction sheet). Weight is higher than I would expect, but I'm fine with it given how sturdy it is. The only tricky part is the scissors since you could cut yourself relatively easily when retracting it unless you're pressing specifically on the part close to the hinge. Again the included instructions are helpful on how to use this part of the tool. Price was higher than I was originally hoping to spend, but it's well worth the cost.

I love this EDC!! I carried a Gerber Dime for several years and this NexTool is better in every way...except one which I'll detail later. The knife is super sharp, strong, and easy to deploy/use. Contrary to what some other reviews have said, the file is useful - you're just not going to cut metal chips like you would with a standard file. It works great for softer materials and quick deburring/honing. The scissors are the best I've every used in this format. They're extra sharp and the hinge is solid. The pliers do everything I've asked of them (keep in mind, they are small). The drivers seem a bit small but they get the job done. Amazingly, even the SIM card tool has come in handy more than I had expected. The only disappointment is the bottle opener. I was spoiled with the always-available muscular opener on the Dime. However, the opener on the NewTool Sailor isn't just disappointing; it's almost useless. The size, angle, and orientation of the hook are virtually guaranteed to mangle that bottlecap before you open it. Please NexTool, take a cue from the Dime and give us a solid bottle opener! For now, I can totally overlook this as opening my beer with the pliers looks cool!

Good knife, better toy. Decent lightweight pocket multi tool. Haven't really used this one yet. Spring loaded pliers snap in a variety of ways. pull apart snap back again. open up all the way snap closed again. check clock half hour later still playing. I'm not really a fidgeter, but these make me play. I sail and cut some rope. Have not found perfect knife yet. Needs a serrated blade more than file. Pliers look durable. SD tool looks like it will break when abused. Lanyard loop interferes with knife operation. may swap with file. May just use paracord lanyard. mat dremel the knife bade a little to make it open all the way. May work well on my lifevest, I don't know if I ever stop fidgeting with it. Update just put a small size split ring on laynyard loop, it works fine. Need the lanyard to help open the pliers
