I usually buy the gum but decided to try the mints this time. They have like 100 mg of caffeine. A lot more than the gum. The gum that I have only has 40 mg of caffeine. They taste ok but really spicy like really minty. Cleared my sinuses that’s for sure. And gave me a little pep in my step. lol. A little pricey but still cheaper than energy drinks I guess.

This stuff actually works! On days when I don’t feel like drinking coffee it gives me the energy and focus I need to start my day. I will say however that it had a medicinal taste when I started taking it but I got adjusted to it fast and the spearmint really kicks through and last well beyond normal mints.

You know, I REALLY love this with the exception that it has sucralose as an ingredient which has been clinically proven top destroy your gut biome. I wish they would make it with stevia or erythritol and I'd give it 5 stars! I do like the taste and the mental stimulation!!

These work very well and they taste great

I've lost count how many times I've purchased these. I've been buying them for a couple of years now. I like the reusable tins too. I have reactions and allergies to a lot of different things. Just sensitive. These give me that extra step through out the day with out feeling weird or jittery. I love these and love the amino acids in them, along with vitamins.

Since I don't drink coffee, I sometimes need a caffeine boost and these mints definitely help. The only negative for me is that the mint taste is pretty strong. I think that is probably necessary to cover up the bitter taste of the caffeine though ... not sure.
