After relocating from Tokyo a few months ago, it has been painful to sit down on cold toilette seats and even colder porcelain bidets. Finally, we managed to fix that. The N22 has everything that's needed: excellent adjustability of the nozzles, sensical wash settings, excellent breadth of heat and water pressure settings, and even a dryer function. There are options form this brand with remote controlled functions. Based on our experience with different generations of Toyo washlettes, however those tend to fail after a few years and the replacement remote can be very expensive. The seat-attached panel of this seat works well and is easy to read and operate. Being the person who mostly has to fix things around the house, I especially like the very well done way how the seat attaches to the toilette. It seem solid and has been easy to install. We put it onto a Kohler elongated high efficiency bowl. Very happy!

I’ve been very happy with the Inus N22 bidet seat so far. And have been used for over a year now. The heated seat and instant warm water make a huge difference, especially in colder weather. Water temperature, pressure, and nozzle position are all adjustable, which makes it comfortable and easy to customize. The tankless heating system provides continuous warm water, and the self-cleaning stainless steel nozzle gives added peace of mind. The touch panel is simple to use, and the Kids Mode is a nice bonus for families. Installation took a little time, and you may need to make sure your connections are tight, but overall it wasn’t too difficult. For the price, this bidet offers features you usually find in more expensive models. Definitely a great upgrade and worth the purchase.

I installed this when I remodeled my bathroom. I love it! It was easy to install. It has features that are usually found on models twice as expensive. I worked great. However after less than a year the water stopped. Buttons work, nozzle moves, seat is warm, but no water. Despite the lies in the description ("Responsive Customer Service") their customer service is non-existent. The e-mail address in the manual is broken and all messages bounce. They don't answer their phone and don't return messages. They claim a 2 year warranty, but that is meaningless if you cannot contact them to honor it. Maybe I just got a lemon. Giving it 3 stars because I liked it a lot. If only they had some minimal amount of customer service to back it up I would have given it at least 4. If they had resolved the issue in a reasonable time I would have given 5, after all failures happen. Update: Upped to 4 stars because I finally did get warranty replacement. They don't answer the phone or listen to messages, but apparently call back numbers that come in. If your number is blocked you're SOL. When you get the return phone call you get the correct website (www.theinushome.com) where you can submit a claim.

We had a BioBidet for many years that finally failed, so I took a chance on the Inus N22 and am very pleased. Easy to install, intuitive controls with many options. Soft closing lid works well. Not hard to adjust position- just loosen the mounting nuts and retighten to fit your toilette. I honestly don’t know how anyone who uses a bidet could ever go back to not having one! Good value for what seems to be a quality product from Inus.

This has been fantastic! I recommend the version with the remote. We didn’t get that one, but it can be hard to reach the buttons if you’re tweaked sideways on the seat. No fault of the manufacturer, just a placement issue (and THIC thighs!) Super fast and easy to install, no more difficult than installing a new toilet seat. Make sure you have an outlet nearby. Which should be GFCI grounded. The cord is only about 3 foot, so be prepared for an extension cord or to have an electrician move an outlet closer to your toilet. I purchased a flat plug 2 foot extension cord that will allow this to fall a little closer to the toilet and the floor. I am considering over the toilet storage to hide the cord, or having an electrician drop the outlet a few feet as we have other work that also needs to be done. Wish I had thought of that during our initial remodel! I would recommend putting this on an electrical line of its own. This plug is also on the same line as the lighted medicine cabinet mirror and I do notice it flickering when the bidet turns on - even more reason to rethink outlet options… The sea is luxuriously warm! And the multiple Cleaning settings, make it easy to find the right “place” with some experimentation. It remembers the settings from use to use, so if you can find an average for yourself and your family members, it doesn’t need to be fiddled with much. I use the ladies setting, the kids use the kids setting, and I’m not sure what my husband uses, but he seemed pretty proud of himself when he used it the first time! A step up from our last bidet - would definitely consider repurchasing in the future.

Item appears to be good. Not to sure about the installation being very solid with the way the bolts fit thru slides, never seen a mount like this, but its working. looks like it could break easily. Installation took about an hour and easy. Only complaint so far is the buttons can't be felt without looking and engage a little to easily just by sliding your hand over it. Would prefer some time of click feeling. All plumbing parts fit easily with no leaks. Will require an update for a good review. Update: Had to lower rating from 4 star to 1 star due to no customer service. Item is actually working pretty well and no complaints about the way it works, ,yet.. I just had a few questions I wanted to know about plumbing and water pressure. I tried several times to contact customer service thru here and thru their actual company website. I got nothing. I sent emails to their support address and they were rejected and returned. I don't think I can recommend this company, seller, or brand .As regardless who sells it. the maker won't respond. I dread it, if I ever have to try to do a warranty. Its a shame as it seems to be a decent product.

We all saw the whole uproar of toilet paper shortage and the stupid one package per person that was just idiocracy. It was then that I wanted a better solution. When I ordered the bidet it came perfectly packaged and simple installation instructions. Since having it, I will not go back to toilet paper. This bidet provides everything, from a warm seat, excellent water pressure, blow dryer, etc. I have saved so much money and resources. Seriously, who wants to smear poop all over and over just to see if you got everything off you. I highly recommend it.

Really nice. I had to install an electrical outlet by the toilet though.
