I purchased before the 22a and 22b icon wiper blades separately and is this exactly one each of those or are they two simular but different blades?

They are 2 slightly different blades. It has to do with the curve of the blade. I believe a is the drivers side while b is the passenger side.

Are they fit with 2017 Hyundai Elantra ? Are there both wiper blades - 26 & 16 inches in the package?

According to the Amazon site, when entering a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, it says yes this product fits that vehicle, and yes there is a 26 and 16 inch wipers in the package. That is why the product number is 26A16A. Any time you shop for wipers on the Amazon site, make sure you have specified your vehicle year, make and model so it can confirm if the wipers fit your car.

Question 4

Will these work on my 2016 infinity qx70? the vehicle specs are driver 26", pass. 19". this kit is 24/19" is 2" shorter for driver side a bad fit?

Hi. While I love my wiper blades I must say that losing 2 inches of windshield just to have them is not justified nor safe. What I recommend to everyone is to take advantage of Amazon's Garage- You register make year and model of your car and they save it. Every time you look at anything automotive they tell you if it is compatible with your vehicle or incompatible. It has helped me a lot, especially at times when the item isn't specific enough and I'm tempted to buy it. 
Underneath your Sign in column is Your Garage-open it and register your vehicle after signing in. You won't regret it. Having said all of that I started looking and find that any decent brand of wipers doesn't come in 26", so if your windshield upper area is slanted enough that it's not directly hindering your vision then just go for it.
