Why did you pick this product vs others?: I looked at the reviews and wanted to give it a shot see if if it was worth the money and was I surprised. The sound quality surprise me it for the price point it's an excellent product I surely would recommend it.

UPDATE: Dropping to 3 stars for a few reasons: (1) Not a huge fan of how to get to noise cancellation mode. You can’t change it without the case. My other pairs allow it from the phone so no need to have your case with you. Could be easier. (2) When I connect my earbuds to my laptop, they won’t disconnect. I click disconnect when I’m done with whatever, and it says “Couldn’t disconnect and (3) One earbud will occasionally stop working even though it has plenty of charge. Haven’t had my earbuds very long and it’s already happened twice and (4) Wish the time could be changed to normal time rather than military time. Overall somewhat happy with the earbuds but would be happier with a few changes. Okay I’m impressed. I bought these for $19.99 and didn’t think they’d be all that great but I wanted a backup pair of noise-cancelling earbuds. I was very wrong! Great clear sound, great bass and great noise-cancelling. They connected to my phone right away. The screen on the case is pretty cool. I only wish there was an option to switch to regular time rather than military time. I like that there are different genres of music you can switch to on the screen, although I find that normal mode is the best sounding in my opinion. Overall, very pleased with the U9 earbuds, especially for the price! I also like that they come with a lifetime warranty (just have to email them your order number).

These headphones were a replacement for my air pods which stopped working. I like how they paired super well to my iPhone and stay paired. They make the "connected" sound so I know they are linked up. The sound quality is perfect and they stay snug in the case. I have no complaints on the battery life. The screen on the case is sometimes not able to work for me to display different things but I don't care too much about that.

Wife loves these and uses them each and every night.

Dropped the case one time at work 2 days after purchase and the action button broke, the screen just kept saying welcome turning on and off…. Then my girl fixed it and a few days later my left earbud stopped working. Do not buy these if you are looking for quality the screen is cool I guess but the overall quality is trash.

Just got these two days ago. Charged them, paired them, made my adjustments with the case and put them on for a walk. Right side connection dropped out three times in 45 minutes. Tried them in the gym today. took them out of my ears for one second. When I put them back in, the right side wouldnt play. no amount of pushing on either ear bud would get it to work. I put them back in the case and viola, it was back to normal. Sound is merely adequate. Sending them back.
