I purchased this for my mother who is elderly and within the first 2 weeks, she noticed a significant improvement in her joint mobility. She sprinkles it on food and also mixes it in water, which dissolves quickly and better than any other brands she has tried in the past. She loves it!

I love how Ambrosia's Golden super turmeric makes me feel. I've only been taking the supplement for a short amount of time, but I have already noticed improvements in my energy level day to day, my performance during workouts, and most of all how I feel after workouts and with recovery. Additionally, I love the look of the bottle and packaging. It's super convenient to take with my first meal of the day.

This is a great vitamin and would highly recommend this. I hate taking so many pills but I think it very helpful with inflammation!!
