No, depending on 1) how long you hold the nib to the paper, and 2) the thickness/absorbency of the paper

Why does this "ballpoint" pen come with a rollerball refill, or is this an error in the listing?

I don't know the technical terms for all the different kinds of pain I do know that the refill cartridges are different than the original ink but they're all very nice and I was very pleased with this purchase made it multiple times
