El enchufe es Europeo. Dice que trae un adaptador para poder usarlo en USA y no lo trajo. Me comuniqué con servicio al cliente y no pudieron resolver el problema. La opciones que me dieron fue que devolviera el producto y me enviara uno nuevo pero no me garantizaban que llegara con el adaptador.

It’s a good product, can control the temperature from as low as 150 to high as 200. The plates are coated to prevent hair damage. Really good.

Doble voltaje para México y Europa.
Enviaron desde Alemania hasta México sin costo extra por Amazon prime. Es doble voltaje que es lo que estaba buscando. Funciona muy bien, pero en la descripción indica que envían adaptador para enchufes de México y no fue así. Compré uno aquí mismo en Amazon por 50 pesos y funcionó perfecto.
