Excellent customer service, handled questions quickly and fixed a small issue with the order. The roaches were very healthy and only 1 out of 200 was dead upon arrival. Probably the best quality bugs I have ordered. I did in a clutch order from another supplier (quicker shipping) however the bugs were smaller and did not live long at all. I will be remaining a loyal customer here from now on.

I can't say that I've ever had this much success with an order of live insects before. They were a great size, sometimes when you order large they throw in a bunch of small/medium but these guys did not. What surprised me the most was the TWO dead roaches. Out of 200, only two dead in shipping is a miracle. Will definitely be ordering from this specific seller again

Had an issue with shipping and did not receive them in time. I reached out to the seller and they responded back to me within the day and gave me a couple options moving forward. They sent me more roaches and I have had no issues. Not a single one was dead.

Shipped out right away and received 4 days ahead of schedule. Dubias were large and the size expected. Packaged well in burlap. All arrived alive. I would recommend and purchase again in the future.

When pricing out Dubias these came out to be the best value. Took about a week to arrive. Had about 15-20 dead upon arrival. Inconsistent in sizing though. I would not say all are large. It’s a good mix of sizes. Which is fine for me because I am trying to build up a colony. I wish shipping was quicker and not through USPS. But I’d probably still purchase again.
