Versatile collagen powder, coffee creamer substitute
Great product. I originally bought it to get some added amino acids to my eating plan, but I've noticed improved digestive system benefits since taking it. No bloating. I mix it with my coffee in the morning as a protein filled creamer. It even blends well with cold brewed coffee. It's also a great stabilizer and thickening agent for recipes. I've used it to make keto cookies more chewy.

I use several products from Nutricost and have always been happy with their quality and the value. I picked this up to take with a glass of white tea and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the evening. It mixes well warm (I can't speak to cold as I always put it in my tea) and has no taste.
