This works well for my elbow, and also has stretchy enough straps that it's done duty on my knee (figure about 18" with the straps stretched). The cool pack that came with it does seems to stay cold longer than my standard blue-gel packs. The entire "topside" of the sleeve is the smooth fuzzy fabric that the ends of the straps will stick to, so you can criss-cross the straps if you feel that will help it mold better to your body part. I also used it to surround my hand to help an aching thumb. The only thing that I'd really like to change on it is to have a better/bigger velcro to hold the coldpack inside the sleeve.

I bought this to ice my sprained wrist. It's well made and works exactly as expected. I wish it was a little bigger and had a thumb hole so it would wrap completely around my hand/wrist. I also wish the soft fabric was on both sides. The typical ice-pack material on the inside is not comfortable on the skin. But for the price, you get a versatile & good quality product.

This ice pack is billed as a multi function ice pack, specifically mentioning for use on wrists. It was difficult at best to use on the wrist. I'm 5-10, 200 and have medium size wrists. The elastic band is sewn at both ends and therefore it is difficult to position and tighten securely to my wrist. Anyone smaller and it will flop around. I did not check it out for other uses, but larger areas it seems to have a better design, but it is only average at best for use on a wrist.

I have been using life and limb products for several years now. They are simply the best cold packs I have found and provide real relief for swelling and joint pain. I have also used them after several surgical procedures which allowed me to reduce the amount of pain medicine. They remain flexible, are comfortable to wear and easy to maintain. Highly recommended.

I like to fact that It's not frozen solid , forms to arm or leg no problem. I've had it for over a year no problems. I liked it enough to buy them for family members.
