I like my noodles ala'dente. The instructions say to cook the noodles for 7 minutes, it made the noodles very mushy & it stuck together like a lump. I tried them again, I cooked the noodles for 5.5 minutes & it held the ramen noodles shape & Wasn't mushy. I removed the noodles from the water & placed them in another container & added my toppings. The noodles are very dainty & thin. It's healthy & tasty. Not hearty, but need to cook 2 package portions to compare with a normal size ramen noodles package. Great size for watching portion control.

Trust the reviews. It's tasty. Portions are smallish. Boil for 6-8 minutes, then immediately rinse in clear water & add to new hot water/broth if you want your noodles in a soup. The cooking water gets incredibly starchy, and leaves the noodles gummy if you don't change the water. Will definitely buy these again!
