Yes women can definitely wear them! You just need to know the conversion size from men to women. Like a woman who wears a size 10 shoe wears a 8 mens. A woman who wear a size 9 wears a size 7 mens, a woman who wears a size 8 shoe wears a size 6 in mens.

Are these only for the shower? Can you use them outside? Are they comfortable enough to stand on them for a couple hours?

Personally for me I walk around my downtown area fine,I believe you stand on them for hours I do in my household I haven’t used them in the shower but wear them when hosing my lawn they dry quickly
