Pure Encapsulations Magnesium (Glycinate) 90C

I saw very good reviews of it, but either it doesn't work for me or the product is not good in India..

The reason I bought this is was for better sleep and it does its job as long as I hit the sack within 30 mins of taking it. When I check my sleep tracker next morning, I can clearly see the difference.

Quality is good. I purchased this for a family member. She finds it helpful especially with sleep and morning anxiety.

Dislike the distorted info.

This magnesium is very gentle on the stomach as it does not cramp or cause loose stools. It helps to calm and sleep deep. But I do wish it was less expensive

Price very high but this cured by IBS, calms by nerves and i do sleep well. I take twice a week!! It is astonishing how badly i needed this

Used these to help with jetlag and they worked.

Great magnesium — finally something that actually works I’ve been taking this magnesium every night, and I’m honestly impressed. The capsule is quite large, but soft and very easy to swallow — no discomfort at all. Within the first days I felt my nervous system calm down, my body finally relax in the evening, and my sleep became noticeably deeper and smoother.
